Revision Policy

At Fastest Logo, our goal is your complete satisfaction. Every package includes a set number of revisions as listed in your plan. You’re free to request all the revisions included in your package, and we’ll continue refining your design until it meets your expectations.

Revisions that do not alter the original concept are included at no additional cost. You’ll receive your revised design within 48 hours of your request.

Any modifications requested after final approval of the design will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

Refund Policy

Your trust matters to us, and we strive to deliver results you’ll love. However, due to the nature of design work, certain refund limitations apply to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refunds will NOT be applicable under the following conditions:

• The project involves a special or discounted package.
• The initial design concept has been approved.
• Revisions have already been requested.
• The cancellation reason is unrelated to our work quality or delivery.
• No contact has been made for over two weeks after project initiation.
• Company policies have been violated.
• The client has engaged another designer or agency for the same project.
• The creative brief lacks sufficient information to proceed.
• A complete design direction change is requested after work begins.
• The refund request exceeds the eligible time frame.
• The business has closed or changed names.
• Refund requests based on a change of mind or partner disagreement are not accepted.
• In bundled services, refunds apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service — not the entire bundle.
• Refund requests made after 7 days (from the date of purchase) are not eligible.
• Services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights, Trademarks, Web Hosting, or Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are non-refundable.
• In web projects, refunds are void once the design is approved and the site moves into development.
• Refunds are not offered once logo or website designs are approved.
• A partial refund (up to 25%) may apply if no creative brief is received within 10 days of order placement.

Note: Fastest Logo reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion. After a refund is issued, all rights to designs revert to the company, and they may not be used or distributed by the client.

Claiming a Refund

To request a refund in accordance with our policy, please follow these steps:

Once your refund request is received, our team will review it promptly. If approved, we’ll begin the refund process.

After a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to any provided designs or materials. Ownership reverts entirely to Fastest Logo, and the necessary documentation is submitted to copyright authorities for record purposes.

Quality Assurance Policy

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee, providing unlimited revisions (within your package limits) to ensure your complete confidence in the final design. We work until your design perfectly represents your brand.

Delivery Policy

All final files and deliverables are sent to your registered account and confirmed via email. Turnaround times depend on your selected package, with most orders completed within 2 business days.

For urgent requests, please contact our support team for priority assistance.

Record Maintenance

We maintain archives of finalized designs for your convenience. If you lose your files, we can provide copies upon request from our secure storage.

Communication Policy

• All official communication from Fastest Logo will come from email addresses under our verified domain (e.g., @fastestlogo.com) and our official phone numbers listed on the website.
• We are not responsible for correspondence or damages caused by contact through unofficial emails, phone numbers, or third-party sources.
• If a client remains inactive for 45 days, a project reactivation fee may apply.
• We take full responsibility for communications made only through our official channels and website.
